The goal of the Professional Mentoring component is to foster an exchange of professional ideas, friendship, and expertise among younger professionals and seasoned professionals. This program matches young professionals with experienced professionals for guidance and support, while offering mentors an opportunity to strengthen ties with future leaders. The Mentoring Program affords both young and experienced professionals the opportunity to develop dynamic relationships from which both benefit. In most cases, young professionals have certain career goals but do not have the firsthand experience or insight on what to expect or how to achieve their goals. Mentors are invaluable resources in helping guide and advice mentees based on their experiences.
COLLEGE/HIGH SCHOOL MENTORING
The goal of the College/High School Mentoring component is to foster an exchange of ideas, friendship, and expertise amount professionals and college/high school students. This program matches professionals with professionals for guidance and support, while offering mentors an opportunity to strengthen ties with future leaders. The Mentoring Program affords both professionals and students the opportunity to develop dynamic relationships from which both benefit. In most cases, students have certain career goals but do not have the insight on how to achieve their goals. Mentors are invaluable resources in helping guide and advice mentees based on their experiences.
